Privacy Policy

01Overview

This policy applies to the app Леся Українка: вірші (Lesia Ukrainka: Poems) for iOS and Android (the "App"), developed by Sverdlykivskyi M ("we", "us").

All poems ship inside the App. You don't need to sign up, and the App doesn't send any information to us or anyone else.

02What stays on your device

To remember what you like and where you stopped, the App saves on your device:

• your favorite poems;
• your reading history and last reading position;
• your settings, such as theme and text size.

This information never leaves your device through the App. It may be included in your regular device backups (iCloud or Google), which you control in your device settings.

03What we don't collect

We don't collect any personal information. The App has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no crash reporting, doesn't track you across apps or websites, and doesn't ask for access to your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.

04Sharing and links

When you choose to share a poem, the App opens your device's share sheet and you decide where it goes. Shared links point to the poem and contain no information about you.

If someone opens a poem link without the App installed, our web page sends them to the App Store or Google Play. The page uses no cookies or analytics. On Android, the App can open the shared poem right after installation; this happens on the device and nothing is sent to us.

05App stores

Apple and Google handle downloads, ratings and reviews under their own privacy policies. They may give us anonymous, aggregated statistics such as download counts, which can't identify you.

06Deleting your data

You're always in control of the App's data:

• remove a favorite by tapping the heart again;
• clear your reading history in Налаштування (Settings);
• uninstall the App to delete everything it stored.

If you email us, we use your message only to reply and will delete it on request.

07Children

The App is suitable for readers of all ages. It doesn't collect personal information from anyone, children included.

08Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
